Our organization relies heavily on volunteers, who constitute 96% of our entire
 workforce and sustain our humanitarian efforts. Blood donation is beneficial,
 and our volunteers are available around the clock to assist and donate blood. While blood banks store blood
 bags, our volunteers are present in real-time during emergencies for blood transfusions.
